A new way of offering ministry in Strathfieldsaye
In 2023, Strathfieldsaye Community Church commenced a new Sunday afternoon ministry as there was a real need for a ‘child friendly’ service. Prior to this, a number of families with younger children been attending our 9.30 am traditional service.

Our God is so big!
When George & Carmel Ferguson moved to Walgett to minister in the Barwon Special District Anglican Parish, they did so praying that young families would move to the area and be part of the community and the church. Four years on this remains their big prayer, but they are confident knowing that our God is big!

A new chapter for the Collings'
After over six years of service, Luke & Julia Collings, together with their children Bede, Tabitha and Silas, bid farewell to the town of Moranbah in mid-December 2023. While they were excited about their new ministry in Yass, they had mixed feelings about leaving the mining town, as well as BCA.
