Pat & Issy O'Keeffe

Pat is the Senior Minister of Katherine Anglican Church. The O’Keeffes are excited to see all the ways that God is working in Katherine, to encourage God’s people there, and to share the good news of Jesus with all in the town. “As we begin this new season we are so thankful for your prayers and our partnership in the Gospel,” says Pat.

Katherine is situated on the Katherine River, 320 kilometres southeast of Darwin. It is a transport, services and industrial town, based on mining and tourism, as well as the nearby RAAF Base Tindal.

Give thanks for the Aboriginal people who come to church each week, especially for their example of faith and joy in following Jesus. Ask God to give us the help we need to make church accessible and edifying for every person who comes, no matter their cultural background.
