Sarah McKinnon

Mike Uptin commenced in the position of QLD/NNSW Regional Officer in February 2021. He works together with Administration Assistant Sarah McKinnon to care for Field Staff, encourage support of BCA and keep supporters up to date.

The Queensland / Northern New South Wales Regional Office is located in Brisbane and supports the work of BCA across five Anglican Dioceses: North Queensland, Central Queensland, Southern Queensland, Grafton and Armidale. BCA has historically worked in all five dioceses and currently has ministry workers in four of them (NQ, CQ, Grafton and Armidale). Over 60 percent of the population of the region live in the southeast corner of Queensland.

Pray for the upcoming BCA Connect events in Cairns (5 July) and Townsville (12 July). May many come to hear and be encouraged by the Connelly family (Cowra) and our National Director.

Pray for Sarah as she approaches six months in her role as office Admin Assistant. Pray for continued learning in the role and for ongoing good working relationships in the QLD/NNSW Office.

Please give thanks for the prayer and generous support over many years that BCA have received from people in the Armidale Anglican Diocese and pray for their Synod as it meets this coming weekend.

Ask for wisdom for Bishop Rod Chiswell and pray for our National Director, Greg Harris, as he presents to the Synod on the Saturday evening.

Continue to pray for our Field Staff. We have had recent instances where the isolation has been difficult for them to deal with. Pray this especially for our QLD/NNSW Field Staff.
