Lonny Bendessi

Serving with BCA since July 2025

Former Indigenous Theological Bursary Student, Lonny Bendessi is now serving as Field Staff with the Aboriginal Berean Community Church. Here he will receive practical ministry training amongst First Nations People. Lonny will combine his work with completing his associate degree at the Bible College of South Australia.

The Aboriginal Berean Community Church is based in Adelaide. It is an evangelical church which aims to glorify God as it serves First Nations People as well as all Australians.

Lonny's Prayer Points for December 2025

First and foremost, all glory to God. Please pray for a good rest as I go into the holiday season. May I come back rejuvenated for the new year after my rest in the Lord.

All praise, honour and glory to God. As the new year starts and I continue my traineeship, please pray for endurance and faithfulness to the calling of God. Pray for more wisdom around serving the Lord and His people.

Please pray for my last semester at college; that my studies are fruitful and that I can apply what I’ve learned at Bible college to my ministry as I serve the Lord Jesus.
