Pat & Issy O'Keeffe

Serving with BCA from October 2025

Pat & Issy O’Keeffe were new to mission and ministry in Katherine in 2025. Pat is the Senior Minister of Katherine Anglican Church.

The O’Keeffes are excited to see all the ways that God is working in Katherine, to encourage God’s people there, and to share the good news of Jesus with all in the town.

“As we begin this new season we are so thankful for your prayers and our partnership in the Gospel,” says Pat.

Katherine is situated on the Katherine River, 320 kilometres southeast of Darwin. It is a transport, services and industrial town, based on mining and tourism, as well as the nearby RAAF Base Tindal.

Pray for the O'Keeffes

March 2026

Give thanks for our recent Baptism service. Pray that those baptised would continue to shine the light of Christ and pray that more and more people would repent and believe the Good News of Jesus and have new life in his name!

April 2026

Pray for the Katherine Christian Convention (1–4 May). Pray that it would be a time of great encouragement for Indigenous believers from all over the NT and that our church would find helpful ways to serve.

May 2026

As Dry Season tourism starts to ramp up, pray that we would be ready to welcome people passing through. May God use our church to build up brothers and sisters on their travels, and share the Good News of Jesus with others.
