Mary & Owen Lewis

Serving with BCA since March 2025

Mary & Owen Lewis, who served with BCA in Roxby Downs for seven years from early 2010 to April 2016, moved to Kangaroo Island in March 2025.

The Lewis’ have a strong background in Christian service and missionary work, which includes thirteen years in Nepal with CMS and many years teaching at St Andrew’s Hall. After their first stint with BCA, the Lewis’ moved to Port Pirie where Mary was the Dean of the Cathedral. For the past four years Mary has served the Parish of Elizabeth in the Diocese of Adelaide as Locum tenens.

Pray for people to meet Jesus as Christmas is celebrated at Community Carols and Lessons. Our churches are very involved; may we witness with grace and truth.

We are taking a break in mid-January and no doubt many people will be taking their break on KI. Pray for Brian Jeffreys as he covers our services. May many visitors come, be welcomed and hear the Good News of Jesus.
