Malachi Walker

Serving with BCA since March 2025 (As Bursary Recipient in 2024)

After completing his theological studies with financial assistance from BCA, Malachi commenced as a BCA-supported Minister-in-Training at Geraldton Cathedral, WA in March. Malachi originally trained as a nurse but recently graduated with a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College in Perth.

Malachi is glad to have returned to the church he first attended, was discipled in the faith, baptised, and served as a Youth Group and Bible Study leader.


Malachi's Prayer Points for September 2025

Pray for our Diocesan Fellow Workers Conference (29 Sept–4 Oct), where all our clergy meet for training and encouragement.

Pray that God would use our church camp (10–12 Oct) to further mature our people.

Malachi's Prayer Points for October 2024

Pray for our planning and preparation for next year, and in particular for our Parish Council and Treasurer, as they prepare our 2026 budget. Pray that God provides financially for our ministries and building maintenance.

Malachi's Prayer Points for November 2024

Pray for our Diocesan Synod on 29 November.

Pray also for our youth who are graduating school and leaving town to study in Perth next year.

Ask that this Advent, Christ and his gospel is increasingly awesome to us.
