David & Zoë Browne

Serving with BCA since January 2025

Gladstone isn’t a new location for BCA, but it is over 40 years since Clyde & Janice Andrews served in this Central Queensland town.

The Brownes will work together as  joint priests-in -Charge at Gladstone Anglican. 

Both David & Zoë are convinced of the need for people to profess Christ and are keen to guide people in evangelism and outreach into the community. The community of Gladstone is six times that of their current parish in Dalby, so the mission field is great.


The Browne's Prayer Points for June 2025

Give thanks for engagement and growth within our Bible studies; especially the new Friday group.

Pray that God would raise up new volunteers in our Op Shop

Pray for physical health and well-being after a busy first half of the year.

Pray for wisdom and clarity when preaching a five-week series on Daniel in June/July.

The Browne's Prayer Points for July 2024

Give thanks for the return of nursing home services. Pray for protection of the elderly through winter, particularly with recent flu outbreaks.

Give thanks for an encouraging weekend with our community and Bishop Peter during his recent visit.

Please pray that our Op Shop and ‘Shed Sale’ events would bear good gospel conversations with community members.

Please pray for our family as we prepare for some annual leave in August, for safety in travel and good refreshment.

The Browne's Prayer Points for August 2024

Please pray for safety and refreshment as we take some holidays to attend a family wedding. Pray for the couple preparing for marriage, and the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus with those attending.
