David & Emma Thompson

Serving with BCA from early 2024

As part of a new partnership between BCA and the Diocese of North West Australia, David & Emma Thompson, together with their children Reuben and Paige, will move to the Parish of Dongara, Western Australia in early 2024. David currently serves as an Assistant Minister at Moree Anglican Church. This new appointment as Minister-in-charge in Dongara will be David’s first as an incumbent. For the whole family, it's a return to their home state.

“I believe that I can contribute to the mission by simply doing faithful ministry in a BCA supported church,” says David. “It sounds simple, but to do so is to fulfil the mission of BCA.”

Thank God for the opportunity to travel to Sydney for the BCA Field Staff Conference and to visit friends. Pray that this time away will be encouraging and cup-filling, and that we will return home feeling spurred on in our faith.

Please pray that we, along with the congregation, will make the use of every opportunity during wildflower season to point people to the Creator who loves them so much He gave up His only Son for them.
