Matt & Emily Goldman

Serving with BCA since January 2023

Matt & Emily Goldman moved to Darwin in 2023, where Matt works as a Ministry Trainee at Christ Church Anglican Cathedral. His main ministries are overseeing the Cathedral’s new evening service and supporting the children’s & youth programs. Matt & Em love the Northern Territory and are excited to continue to learn and grow with God’s people in Darwin.

The Diocese of the Northern Territory covers an area of approximately 1.4 million square kilometres and has a total population of approximately 220,000. About 30 percent of the population is Indigenous and 13 per cent signified an attachment to the Anglican Church in the last published census figures.

Give thanks for the safe arrival of our first child, Ivy.

Pray that our family and our church family will balance everything well as the weather improves and the vibrant Darwin life picks up.

Praise God for the dry season and the cooler weather! Pray that we will use this opportunity to reach the city of Darwin with the Gospel. Pray that our church will use the time to be outward focused and use the opportunities God provides.
