Dennis & Valda Taylor

Serving with BCA since January 2022

Dennis & Valda Taylor have worked in a ministry context for over 30 years, first as lay preachers and then, following theological training, in Indigenous churches in Victoria and Western Australia. Dennis currently serves as the Principal of the First Nations Ministry Training.

BCA partners with the Aboriginal Evangelical Fellowship of Australia Incorporated in supporting Dennis & Valda Taylor. The FNMT seeks to develop the biblical and theological understanding of Indigenous Christians and then identify and facilitate the training of potential ministry leaders.

Please pray that the FNMT will have the resources and materials it requires to run Bible training programs across the bush.

Please also pray that we can find the right person to work in a part time administration role.

Give thanks for the continued support of BCA and all those who financially support the ministry of the AEF and FNMT.

Pray that the students we train will go on to become mentors and trainers in their communities.

Please pray for our talks with a Registered Training Organisation around the engagement of FNMT to teach Bible training subjects. Pray that new pathways like these would help grow the FNMT so that our program can extend to other states and territories.
