Daniel & Rebecca Faricy

Rachael (2013) Jessica (2015) Emily (2019)

Serving with BCA since August 2017

The Faricy family moved to Kununurra in August 2017 where they serve at St James’ Anglican Church. In his role as Minister in Charge, Daniel aims to proclaim the good news of Jesus and present everyone mature in Christ. Rebecca is a full-time mum to Rachael, Jessica & Emily; she also enjoys getting involved in ministry.

Kununurra is a mining and agricultural town in north-west Australia. It is located in the far east of the Kimberley and is only 37 kilometres from the Northern Territory border. There is a population of approximately 7,000, about half of whom are Indigenous peoples.

The Faricy's Prayer Points for March 2024
  • Give thanks for the large number of our congregation who have joined a growth group for the first time this year, an answer to ongoing prayer.
  • Pray for our Easter Services – we’re using the theme Meet Jesus (a theme Christian uni groups are also using this year). Pray that many people in our community would be open to meeting Jesus.
  • Pray for our mission week in April 7-14. A team from Moore College is coming in partnership with BCA, to help us proclaim Christ. Pray for the logistics, but mostly pray for the ministry opportunities – men’s and women’s evangelistic events, a one-day Holiday Kids club (called Mega Kids Day), and evangelistic services.
