The Kyngdons have lived in the Pilbara since December 2017 where Roger is the Minister in Charge of the Parish of Newman. Together with their children, Roger & Amanda make connections in the church and the local community and spread the good news of Jesus.

About Newman
Nyiyarparli and Martu Country

Newman is a mining town in the heart of the Pilbara. It is a very young and multicultural town of around 3,000 people and additional fly-in-fly-out workers. As Newman is quite isolated from surrounding towns, there is a real sense of community in town. There are lots of children but few teenagers, as high-schoolers usually go away to boarding school.

Give thanks for visits from BCA Nomads and the many and varying skills they bring. Give thanks for the beauty of the Pilbara, especially in winter. Pray for the youth group we have started; may more youth attend.
