The Kyngdons have lived in the Pilbara since December 2017 where Roger is the Minister in Charge of the Parish of Newman. Together with their children, Roger & Amanda make connections in the church and the local community and spread the good news of Jesus.

Newman is a mining town in the heart of the Pilbara. It is a very young and multicultural town of around 3,000 people and additional fly-in-fly-out workers. As Newman is quite isolated from surrounding towns, there is a real sense of community in town. There are lots of children but few teenagers, as high-schoolers usually go away to boarding school.

Give thanks for time with family and for the BCA and GAFCON conferences. Pray for safe travels back to Newman and that we settle back well. Pray for church members to be inspired to share the Good News of Jesus.

Give thanks for the opportunity to travel and catch up with other ministers in the Pilbara. Praise God for our kids as they continue to work hard at school, and more importantly, as they grow in their faith and trust in God.
