Roger & Amanda Kyngdon

Serving with BCA since January 2016

The Kyngdons have lived in the Pilbara since December 2017 where Roger is the Minister in Charge of the Parish of Newman. Together with their children, Roger & Amanda make connections in the church and the local community and spread the good news of Jesus.

Newman is a mining town in the heart of the Pilbara. It is a very young and multicultural town of around 3,000 people and additional fly-in-fly-out workers. As Newman is quite isolated from surrounding towns, there is a real sense of community in town. There are lots of children but few teenagers, as high-schoolers usually go away to boarding school.

Give thanks for cooler weather and for the gospel opportunities that Easter brought. Please pray for Ada as she attends a CRU camp in Perth with other Northwest kids.

The Kyngdon's Prayer Points for May 2024
Pray for the after-school Kids Club we are running in 2024. Pray for opportunities to connect with families and share the Good News of Jesus. Pray that people will be impacted by the Gospel and seek Him out.
