Tom & Tanya Killingbeck lead the faithful on King Island. “I believe that Tanya, our kids and I are in a good place to contribute to the mission of BCA, as we are fundamentally country folk, and we fundamentally believe the Gospel is urgently required in hard-to-reach places like the bush,” says Tom. “Tanya's skills as an early childhood educator will be a great asset on the island, and I have the training and experience to operate as a minister in a remote location as we've done such ministry before, although not as remote.”

King Island is known for it's production of cheese, lobsters, kelp and beef, along with it's golf courses. It is situated in Bass Strait approximately 80 kilometres of the northwest coast of Tasmania and 190 kilometres from the Victorian coast.

Pray for Year 10 kids preparing to move for schooling away from family and friends (to Melbourne, Burnie, Launceston and elsewhere). Pray for good reflections as we look back over the past year and begin to prepare for Advent and Christmas.
