Bushfire Recovery Pastoral Care for the South Coast

In response to the devastating bushfires of summer 2020 on the NSW South Coast, the Anglican Diocese of Canberra & Goulburn have put in place a plan to provide ongoing pastoral support for parishes and communities affected by the fires. This has involved partnering with BCA, Anglicare and other organisations, to provide three pastoral workers spread across the South Coast and Monaro regions.

Going the distance in a small town with a big history

Onslow is a small town with a big history. It is a coastal town in the Pilbara region of Western Australia which originally enabled the export of wool. Today, salt, tourism and in particular the Chevron-operated Wheatstone Project (a large scale liquefied natural gas hub) are now the economic engine room for the town.
