Introducing our new Tasmanian Regional Officer

Greg Harris - National Director

Skeat family

I’m pleased to announce to you today that The Revd Josh Skeat has accepted the role of BCA Tasmanian Regional Officer. He will commence in early November.

Josh together with his wife Naomi and their children Elizabeth, Lachlan, Caleb and Abigail serve in the Parish of Deloraine in Tasmania. Josh will continue working in the Parish alongside his part-time role with BCA.

Josh is passionate about opening the Bible with others so everyone can be equipped to do the work that God has called us to – make disciples of Jesus.

The Skeats are no strangers to BCA having served in a Ministry Training Arrangement (MTA) at Connections Anglican Church, Somerset from 2011–2013.

“I love being part of the BCA family,” says Josh. “BCA’s work is so important because it supports ministry in places that can’t support themselves. In our experience as Field Staff we found that significant things occurred in our ministry and/or personal life on ‘our day’ in the Prayer Notes. As Field Staff knowing that you are being prayed for is amazing but getting messages from those praying is also so encouraging – reminding you that you’re part of a bigger network.”

Please join me in welcoming back Josh, Naomi and their kids to the BCA family.
