Fergusons on the move

Greg Harris - National Director

For the past two years BCA has supported George Ferguson in an Indigenous Ministry Traineeship. During this time George has studied the Online Diploma of Biblical Theology through Moore College and worked with the team at St Peter’s South Tamworth.

George has now completed his traineeship and in mid-January he and Carmel move to Walgett where George will be the Curate-in-Charge of the Walgett/Collarenebri Parish. Carmel will teach Scripture and help with the JAFFA (Jesus a friend for all) Club at Walgett School.

I am pleased to announce that Bush Church Aid will continue to provide support to George and Carmel in their new role.

“We are both very thankful for Bush Church Aid continuing to support us in our ministry,” says George. “Please pray that our move will go well and that we will quickly find out feet.”

Please join with me in praying for George and Carmel as well as their children Samuel, Benjamin and Darlene, as they finish up in Tamworth and make the move to the Walgett/Collarenebri Parish.  May God continue to guide and bless them in their ministry.
