| Rich 38 is married to Julie, and they have three children, Jack 12, Jacob 10 and Elijah 8. Rich has
worked extensively with young people for over 17 years in Victoria and NSW. He has designed and delivered programmes
including Chaplaincy, Church based youth work, Residential Care, Outdoor Education, Casework and Alternative Education.
Rich works as a ‘’Field Staff Youth Officer’’ in Gilgandra NSW. He is involved with a partnership of churches in the
community and local government, with a view to enhance the great work that already exists in the community and to develop
new opportunities. Richard Lanham's (Rich) talks with Stuart Robinson about what is happening at Gilgandra.
