Lilian Morgan first became interested in BCA as a 15-year-old, after hearing Matron Flo Dowling speak in Melbourne. She went on to join the Flying Medical Service at Wudinna, Ceduna and Coober Pedy. On returning to Melbourne she was asked to join BCA’s Victorian Committee. In May 1979 she was appointed to BCA Council.
