Koori Anglican Fellowship

St Lukes Koori Community Church is part of the parish of Holy Trinity, Dubbo where Rev Gloria Shipp serves an Associate Priest. Her work involves outreach in country areas which often takes her to centres in central western New South Wales.

Gloria and her husband Eddie trained at Nungalinya College, Darwin in Bible and community work. It was there that Gloria reconciled her Aboriginal identity with Christ and received her calling to help the Koori people. Her vision is for Aboriginal people to be self sufficient and to have leaders in the church and community .... to know their own identity and most of all to know Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

Gloria and Eddie live in Dubbo and minister to about 7,000 Koori people.
