HELEN CHICK MOVES TO FURNEAUX ISLAND |
 Helen Chick moves to Furneaux Islands as Chaplain in October, for three months on a full time basis and then in 2007 will minister to and pastorally care for the congregations there for 10 days each month. This arrangement will provide more than adequate ministry and at the same time enable local leaders of the congregation to take more responsibility for their own ministries which is in line with the Bishop of Tasmania’s strategy to provide a caring, growing, sustainable ministry in every place in Tasmania.
