Alice Springs has a population of approximately 26 000 and is a regional centre, providing key services to Central Australia which covers three states – N.T., W.A and S.A. Many come to Alice Springs actively ‘searching’ for something more in their lives and many are here briefly before moving on. It is a multi-cultural area, with people from many nations living here. Key industries include tourism, agriculture and government agencies such as health services, Centrelink and tertiary education facilities. Kim has trained in Social Work and is involved in pastoral care and community outreach. Service times are Sundays:
