“EASTER WITH THE SPINDLERS”


Ron and Crystal's 4WD stuck in the salt water creek bed!!!

Gill Madden and his family travelled with Ron and Crystal Spindler to Tibooburra for Easter. Here is a letter from Gill

Titus, Micah, Mum, and Dad and I went travelling to Tibooburra with Ron and Crystal Spindler. We were hoping to get to Packsaddle at 1:30pm but we go there at 2:00pm because Ron and Crystal got a flat tyre. We stopped and Dad helped Ron and Crystal take the tyre off and put the spare tyre on.

When we got to Tibooburra, Dad and Mum set up our tents then Dad too Titus, Micah and I rock climbing. It as a great view.

The next day we all had hot cross buns for breakfast, and we got dressed for the church service. After the service we went back to Packsaddle. Micah and Titus went in Ron and Crystal’s car. When we had 60 km to go we stopped to look at the salt water lakes and Ron and Crystal’s car got stuck. Dad helped drive the car out with Mum, Ron and Crystal pushing from behind. When we got back we went to McDonalds and I saw it was raining hard. When we left McDonalds we went home and I had the best holiday ever.
Year 6 students from Danebank Junior School visited the National and NSW/ACT office in Sydney in April. They toured the office and saw what BCA is doing all across Australia. The girls wrote letters to some of our field staff members.

They had a great day.

 

 PRAYER CORNER

Pray for all children of our BCA Field Staff as the go with their parents to outback Australia and tell people about Jesus Pray for the friends they make and for long lasting friendships with the children in the area. Pray that God’s spirit guides them each day and God brings hope and blessings to their lives as they serve in the outback.
