General Meeting of The Bush Church Aid Society of Australia

After many years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Society’s auditor, the Executive Committee determined that for corporate governance purposes the external audit should be put out to tender.
As a consequence of the tender process we intend to move the following resolution:
That PricewaterhouseCoopers be removed as auditor and replaced by Nexia Court & Co.
